About Me

Psychotherapist and Social Worker, I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and have worked in the mental health field for 15+ years. I provide a safe and creative environment for individuals, families, and couples where situations of conflict, crisis, sadness and worry are explored as catalysts for movement and change.
The majority of my practice is adult focussed, though much of my earlier experience includes art-based therapies within adolescent corrections, mental health facilities, the Waterloo Region School Board, and thereby my practice is additionally designed to utilize art in psychotherapy with both adolescents and adults. I additionally deliver prison and court diversion programs in the areas of domestic violence and addiction, and facilitate art-based programs and training at The Grand Valley Prison for Women. Further academic credentials include an Honours BA in Philosophy from Trent University and a Masters in Communications from Concordia University.
